Plaintain-Lily. One of the best perennials in existence. It is exceedingly
popular. A valuable addition for the garden and landscape. Remains attractive from spring until frost
with handsome foliage in addition to the flowering performance. A choice ground cover. Hostas increase in value with each
year, never needing any maintainence except to cut out the old flower stalk, or to
divide the clumps in order to increase the areas of plantings. Some can be grown in sun,
but most do best in some shade. There are many varieties in different shades of blue,
green, yellow to gold, variegated, cream to gold margined and white margined.
